This User Agreement ("Agreement") explains the terms that apply when you download, install, access, or use Blue VPN. By using the App, you agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the App only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its software, interface, design, text, images, icons, trademarks, and other content, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App unless expressly permitted by applicable law or by us in writing.
Blue VPN provides VPN connection creation, server node selection, connection status and connection reports, free and VIP access options, App bypass, language settings, feedback, and related service features.
The App requires Android VPN permission to create a VPN tunnel and route network traffic according to the selected configuration. A VPN connection starts only after you review Android's VPN disclosure and grant the required system permission.
Free users may receive access to free server nodes subject to daily connection-time limits and other service conditions. VIP users may receive access to VIP server nodes and unlimited connection time for the duration of an active entitlement. Node availability, speed, latency, connection quality, and service limits may change without notice.
The App bypass feature lets you select launcher applications whose traffic should not use the VPN tunnel. Your selections apply when a VPN configuration is created and do not guarantee that every application or network service will behave as expected.
You are responsible for your use of the App and for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to:
Some features may require an account, authentication, or an active VIP subscription. You are responsible for keeping account credentials and your device secure and for activity performed through your account or device.
VIP purchases and recurring subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Their payment, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing terms also apply. We do not control the app store's payment systems. Subscription access depends on successful verification of the applicable entitlement.

You may submit feedback, problem descriptions, contact information, and selected images through the App. You represent that you have the right to provide the submitted material and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
By submitting feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and incorporate that feedback to operate, support, analyze, and improve the App and related services, without an obligation to compensate you.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Blue VPN does not promise that use of a VPN prevents all tracking, monitoring, attacks, or identification by websites, network operators, service providers, or other third parties.
The App may interact with third-party services, including VPN infrastructure providers, Google Play, Firebase, Yandex, public-IP or network information services, browser and email applications, and other external services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or service at any time. Changes may include bug fixes, security improvements, server configuration changes, compatibility updates, new features, or service restrictions.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Revised" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Agreement.
The App and VPN service are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App or service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, fast, or compatible with every device, network, region, website, application, or service.
VPN connections may fail or be interrupted because of device settings, Android restrictions, network conditions, server availability, maintenance, regional restrictions, carrier policies, or other factors outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee any particular speed, location, anonymity, security outcome, or access to a specific website or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, privacy, business, or service availability, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App or VPN service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the App or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App or service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you paid nothing, our liability is limited to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates, service providers, licensors, and partners from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, your violation of this Agreement or applicable law, or your violation of a third party's rights.
You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting the VPN and uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access to the App or service if we reasonably believe that you violated this Agreement, used the service unlawfully, abused the service, created a risk for users or our infrastructure, or if required by law.
Upon termination, the license granted under this Agreement ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, including ownership, feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply.
This Agreement will be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a competent court or forum as required by applicable law.
